What counts as a conversation?
One resolved customer thread, from the first message to the booking, cancellation or hand-off that closes it. A customer sending ten messages to agree one appointment is one conversation.
What happens when I reach my monthly cap?
Your service does not go dark. Autonomous AI resolution pauses and new requests wait for you in Action Required, where you review and approve or decline each one yourself. Nothing is booked automatically while you are over the cap. Autonomous resolution resumes when your monthly allowance resets, or immediately if you upgrade.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial and no card on file. You add a payment method when you are ready to keep going after the trial ends.
How do I cancel?
From your billing settings, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. There are no cancellation fees.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down from your billing settings whenever your volume changes. Upgrading restores autonomous resolution immediately if you were over the cap.
Do customers pay anything?
No. Consumer accounts are free. Any deposit or cancellation fee attached to an appointment is set and collected by your business through your own card-on-file policy, not by Delegatr.
